Henry’s Haven is a independent cat rescue based in West Yorkshire.
Our goals are to advocate for stray and unwanted cats and kittens, rescuing, providing vet care to rescued cats as needed, and finding new and loving forever homes for the cats we rescue. We also provide information, education, and support to cat owners, cat lovers, and the general public in our region.
All our cats are in foster care across the region. We believe that being placed in a loving foster home is the best possible way of caring for cats and kittens. This allows us to work to socialise feral cats and kittens, build confidence in nervous cats, and give our cats the love and support they deserve while they wait for a forever home.
We accept cats regardless of age, colour, or health needs, meaning that we often have cats with higher care needs than other rescues. This all costs money! To donate read more about the cats in our care you can visit our blog. To read about our long term foster cats, visit our Henry and Friends page.
Henry’s Haven isn’t a charity – we are a private rescue. All donations go directly to caring for our cats and kittens. We are currently working to obtain charitable status in the future. If you have questions about how the organisation is managed, and how your donations are used please get in touch.
